Can I pull in data from multiple distributors?+
Yes. Common Good is built for brands that work across multiple distributors. Upload each distributor's CSV and we'll unify everything into a single view — no manual consolidation needed.
Does this work if my distributor isn't on VIP?+
Yes. If your distributor uses a different platform (Encompass, Diver, or a custom system), we can still process your data under one of our managed service tiers. Reach out and we'll confirm compatibility — most clean CSV formats are supported.
What happens to my data?+
Your data is yours. We don't share it, sell it, or aggregate it across brands. You can export or delete everything at any time.
How long does setup take?+
First-time setup runs about 15 minutes — most of which is following the VIP export steps. After that, monthly uploads take under 2 minutes.
Do I keep my dashboards if I cancel?+
You'll have 30 days post-cancellation to export everything. After that, your account is fully deleted.
